I suggest you ...

photos directly from Iphoto

On my Mac I have a lot of photos from Iphoto. It is my default storage program. An easy way to get them straight from the library, which is hard to find!!

    Hi, Greg! Thanks for this.

Have you tried our Mac uploader? You can drag folders of photos and videos from your Mac or iPhoto into the app, and it will upload and add all of them to your lifecake and put them in the right date order.

If you go to our Website and sign-in, there is a gear icon in the top right of the timeline page. In there you have a ‘Desktop uploader’ link. This will enable you to get our desktop app and upload large amounts of content from your computer.

Any questions, just let us know at support@lifecake.com.

    Enjoy!

this is outdated and inaccurate -- lifecake will not let you upload directly from iphoto because they discontinued the desktop app
